Your prospective job:
For our client, an international aviation company with a headquarter in Hallbergmoos near Munich, we are looking for you as an Assistant to the Director Finance and Commercial (m/f/d) in part-time 20-30 hours per week.
Your responsibilities:
- Administrative support to the Functional Director and SM (Finance und Commercial IS)
- Calendar Management
- Co-ordination, planning and organisation of meetings with Partner Companies
- Travel organisation and settlements
- Compiling and preparing presentation material, handouts for meetings, monthly reports, etc.
- “e-Time Assistant” administration
- Analysis (eTime/SAP) for F&C Directorate BoD Report
- Maintenance of Board Approval Register and providing the respective input information for the non-routine activities / tasks as and when required by FD/SMs
- Cover for Team Assistant in her absence
Your profile:
- Previous experience as a Management Assistant in an international company
- Fluent English in written and spoken
- Very good German language skills
- Intercultural mind-set
- Absolute confidentiality
- Resilient and flexibel
- IT literate (MS Office)
