Your prospective job:
For our customer Airbus Operations you are acting as AOG Desk & Inventory Manager (m/f/d) for the A320 Customer Line at the location Hamburg / Finkenwerder.
Your responsibilities:
- Secure the fastest material solution
- Balance and prioritise the daily workload within the shift
- Monitor estimated shipping dates with Procurement, Supply Chain and Aircraft Maintenance Operations
- Logistically, track and trace specific critical part shipments
- Expedite delivery of parts to required point of usage
- Prepare and contribute to all relevant day-to-day routines
- Ensure swift, transparent and effective communication
- Manage crisis situations
- Limit negative impact on the customer line and delivery
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the PCC
- Being part of project related topics
Your profile:
- University degree in Economics, Vocational training as a forwarding agent with many years of professional experience or comparable
- Several years of professional experience in Supply Chain / Logistics and Aerospace
- Experience in logistics processes, international environment and in shipping of dangerous goods is an advantage
- Airbus experience advantageous
- Good knowledge in SAP
- Knowledge in Google Workspace advantageous
- Fluent German and English skills spoken and written
- French skills advantageous
- Willingness to work in a 2 shift system
