Your prospective job:
For our renowned customer from Aerospace you are acting as Aircraft Manager (m/f/d) at the location Hamburg.
Your responsibilities:
- Coordinate the implementation of open folio points
- Interface between the production teams and the customer program team
- Participate to the H/O (handover) with Manufacturing or MCA teams
- Share section / fuselage status, validate the H/O report
- Responsibility of the section / fuselage from H/O (reporting, burning plan)
- Coordinate After Delivery (D2), Implementation on section / fuselage (D3) & Attestation (D4) activities
- Progress follow up of all activities in line with milestone criteria
- Coordinate manufacturing, D2 & D3 activities vs planning milestones
- Drumbeat internal and external blocking points
- Require and secure resources assignation according to validated burning plan
- Alert when burning plans do not meet milestone, plan and request action plans
- Escalate issues to top management when needed
- Participate as representative to MCA or FAL meetings
- Report section / fuselage status internally & to the customer
- Provide action plans in case of recovery
- Coordinate CAIR closure regarding the contractual milestones
- Create and distribute a reporting internally and externally
- Provide workload forecast of OSW / NC for D3
- Ensure the transfer of sections to NZ / FAL in line with QGs objectives
- Communicate / follow up results and actions internally
Your profile:
- University degree in Engineering, Aerospace or comparable
- Experience in Aeronautics (preferable Airbus environment)
- Experience in Customer Support is desirable
- Project Management Skills
- Good overview and knowledge of electrical processes
- Very good knowledge in MS-Office and VBA
- Fluent Englisch and German skills spoken and written
- French is a plus
